MecaStack does not have a specific option for helical stairs; however, you can approximate helical stairs by entering them as a "General Attachment" and entering the appropriate wind area and weight to simulate the stairs.  Unfortunately we don't have any specific guidance on what values would be appropriate for approximating helical stairs, since it is not something we have encountered in our design work.
