1) Download the latest version from this link: 


2) After downloading, Click the downloaded file.


3) Run the installed software. You will see 1 of the 2 License screens:


Demo not activated:

Demo activated:


4) Enter the below fields (all required) in the above screen and click on "Activate License":

  • License ID: The license ID contains 6 numbers starting with the number 2.
  • Password: May use the License ID password or the Customer ID password.
  • Email Address:The email is the email for the user of the computer.
    • This is the way we can contact the user if we see a problem with their activation. 
    • Also used to assist by identifying active users of Network Licenses
  • Computer Name:The description is just a description used to describe the computer that is meaningful to you (i.e. Joe's PC, etc..).  
    • Used to assist with support.
    • Also used to assist by identifying active computers of Network Licenses



5) Next you should see a screen that indicates that the activation was successful and the expiration date.

    • Review the common problems that can occur below.
    • Please make note of the error message

Common Errors:


Incorrect License ID and/or Password

Please make sure you entered the correct License ID (6 numbers starting with 2) and associated Password.


Wrong product License

If you own more than one Meca Product you entered the wrong license ID, please enter the correct License ID and associated Password.


There are no more activation's available

 The software is already activated on another computer and so you need to deactivate that installation.  

  • To do that go to the other computer, and open the Software, then Select "Security", then Select "License", Click on "Deactivate Software" and then reattempt to activate on the new computer.
  • If you no longer have access to that computer, then contact us at Meca Support Email to reset the license.   


System Date or Time error

If the time zone, date, or time on your computer clock is off by more than a couple of minutes, you will need to correct it in order to activate.
