In order to send us an input file, please follow these steps:
1) After data has been entered into the software, please click "File"
2) Next Click "Save As"
3) Specify the File Name and location where you want to save the file. Please make note of where you are saving the file, so that you know where to get it to attach to the email.
4) Click "Save", and you will be taken back to the main screen. Please notice that you file name and location is shown on the header of the software.
5) The next step may not work for every computer, but it is the easiest option and so we will try it first. Click "Help" and then "Report a Bug".
Now enter your email and a description of the problem you are having, and please be as detailed as possible.
Click "Send Email" and it will be sent to us.
6) If step 5 didn't work, or you got an error, then due to many differences in the way computer email is set up it doesn't work with every computer. In this instance please go find the file at the location where you saved it, and then attach it to an email and send it to us at Meca Support Email .
