If you have renewed or upgraded your license and it is not working, then please follow these steps:


1) Download the latest version by clicking to this link and selecting the application that you are using.  


2) If the software doesn't automatically start after installing, then launch it by clicking the windows icon (Start) and then typing in part of the application name (i.e. MecaStack, MecaWind or MecaLug) and then clicking on the application icon that appears. 


3) When the software opens it will either take you directly into the application or you will see the License Screen (See image below).  If it takes you directly into the application, then go to Help at the top right and then select License from that dropdown menu, and then you should see the license screen below.  



4) On the license screen enter the information requested in the boxes.  If you do not find your license number and password on the order receipt, you can always Click this link to  log into the customer portal to obtain that information.  The customer ID needed to log into the portal is on your order receipt, and if you forgot your password then click the "Forgot Your password" link and go that process to reset it.  


5) After entering all of that license information click the "Activate License" button.  If it works, you will then enter the software and begin using it.  If it does NOT work, then send us a screenshot of the error message you received to support@mecaenterprises.com .
