Sometimes Anti-virus software will view the installation or use of your Meca application as a "Virus" and will block certain operations.  In order to avoid any potential problems we recommend you white-list our software, which simply means that you are letting your anti-virus software know that it does not need to block the application.  Here is how you can white-list the software:

1) Determine which anti-virus application(s) you are using.

2) Do an internet search for the anti-virus and how to add an exclusion.  For example, if you are using "McAfee Total Protection" then your search would be "McAfee Total Protection Adding an Exclusion".   You may also be able to find this information in the help documentation for the anti-virus application.

3) Following the instructions to add an exclusion, you would need to do this process for each of the following. The files below are for each of the Meca Applications, please only add the application(s) which are applicable to you.  Please note that the locations below are the default locations, but if you have chosen some other location then please use that location.

{UserName}  -This will depend upon the user name used for the computer.  If your name is John Doe and that's how your user name is defined, then {UserName} = "John Doe"
