If you are having problems with the software, we really need as much detail as possible in order to offer a solution.  


1) Have you downloaded and installed the latest version from this link?  


2) After downloading, install the software by double clicking the downloaded file. 


3) Activate the software using your license.  If you don't know your license, then log into our customer portal to obtain your license information.  Use forgot password if you don't remember your password.  


4) Now the software should be running


If you are still having a problem, let us know exactly what stage of the process is the problem.  If you have a error, send us the error screen shot.  If you are having problems running a specific set of data, then save the data and send us the input file with a description of the problem.  The more data you provide the better chance we have of offering a resolution as quickly as possible.
