It is possible to save the output to any of the following formats:
PDF (Adobe)
DOC (Microsoft Word)
RTF (Rich Text File)
HTML (Web browser or many word processer files)

PDF's can be different from computer to computer, and sometimes saving to pdf format can be a problem; however, there is usually an easy work-around. Most Windows computers have a virtual printer installed called "Microsoft Print to PDF".
To use this you would choose to print, just as if you were printing to a real physical printer, and then select this virtual printer "Microsoft Print to PDF" and then print the document. It will ask for
