Here are instructions to freshly install the software, and to install it as an administrator. If you are having issues with your license information not being retained, this will usually resolve it:
1) Download the latest version of the software.
The latest version of our software can be found on our website, by clicking this link --> Software Downloads. Once on the Software Downloads page, select the Application you are downloading (MecaStack, MecaWind or MecaLug) and then click on the Latest Build.
2) Right Click the file you download, and select "Run as Administrator" . This step is important to make sure that the license information you entered is retained.
3) If you bought a single user version, then activate with the license information. If you bought a floating network license, then select that option.
If you are unsure of your license information you can obtain it through the customer portal, use the 'Forgot Password' option if you don't remember your password:
