The software creates a folder on your computer, this folder is located as follows:
C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\{application}
{user name} is the user name of the person logged into the computer that runs the software
{application} is either MecaWind, MecaStack or MecaLug
This folder is hidden and so if you aren't set up to view hidden folders, then you will need to open Windows Explorer and check this box.
My guess is that you do not have write access to this folder for some reason, and so it can not write this data. This data is saved to Company.ini, and if you open the file in Notepad it looks like this:
The yellow between the quotes is the data you are trying to save. Change the value and try to save it to the folder using the exact same name, if it doesn't allow you to do this then you don't have write access to this folder. This isn't something we can fix for you, you will have to try to change the access to this folder, or have your IT person do it. We have found it to be very difficult, when you change it then it keeps reverting back to the original settings.
