When software crashes it sometimes leaves behind clues in the Windows Event Viewer.  Here is how you can find the errors or warnings and send them to Meca for further investiation.

1) Type in windows search bar "Event Viewer", and then click the Event Viewer Application.

2) Go to "WIndows Logs" and then select Applications.

3) Now the type of event you are looking for will be dependent upon the type of problem you are having.  If the program didn't run at all or there was a hard crash, then most likely it will be an "Error" and look like the following:

On the above example, both of the Red Error entries were MecaWind, and that is evident from the "MecaWind" reference in the error.

4) We need those errors sent to us to evaluate, so you Select both entries by holding <Ctrl> and selecting each line so they are both selected.

5) Now select "Action"  "Save Selected Events".

6) Select a location on your computer that is easy to remember (i.e. Desktop) and a file name, and then save the Errors.

7) Now email us the file you saved.
