Our software makes heavy use of 3D graphics, and so if the graphics drivers are not up to date this can sometimes cause problems. In order to update your graphics settings, it may differ slightly from computer to computer; however, here are some general steps to update your graphics drivers on a Windows 10 Pro system.
Update the Graphics driver
1) In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
2) Select Display adapter, and then if you expand Display adapter you should see your graphics driver.
3) Right click on the driver and select "Update Driver"
4) Usually you can select "Search Automatically for updated driver software", but if that doesn't work then you may have to manually find the updated drivers online and copy them to your computer.
5) Elect to update the driver if a newer driver is available.
