Please log into the customer portal by clicking on this link .  To login you can use your customer ID or the email associated with the user that created the account.  If you forgot your password, then click the "forgot your password" link to recover.  If all else fails, please email us  ( support@mecaenterprises.com )  and we can help.  


Through the Customer Portal you can do several things:

1) Change your Contact information


2) Change your Password


3) Renew your existing software license by clicking "Renewals and Upgrades"


4) Upgrade your License or purchase and Add-on by clicking "Renewals and Upgrades"


5) Manage automatic renewals "Recurring Payments"


6) Download the latest version of the software by clicking "Downloads"


7) View all of your licenses, expiration dates, and remaining activation's at "Licenses & Activations".
