We have found that this can occur due to virus software. For some reason it will block our software's ability to write to the files that are necessary. To solve this problem we recommend added the software as an Exclusion to the virus software, so that it is not blocked. We do no the specific instructions for every virus software and how to add an exclusion, so please google the instructions with something like "Avast Virus Software how to add Exclusion". Obviously replace "Avast" with whatever virus software you are using, and then follow the instructions. You might also find these instructions within the help section of your actual virus software.
