Meca sells software worldwide, and as a result users have many different "Regional Settings" for the language and many different standards around the world. For example, in the USA we would write PI as 3.14159, but in many countries the regional settings would use a comma "," rather than a period ".", and so the same value would be 3,14159. We have attempted to write our software in such a way that these differences don't affect the performance; however, there are sometimes areas which we missed which can cause an error when this occurs.
In order to provide us with your regional settings, please see the following instructions (Please note these instructions are obviously in English and using the USA standards for Windows 10, so you may have to modify for your specific situation).
1) Within windows, click on "Start" and then "Settings"
2) Within settings search for "Regional", on my computer it returned one option.
3) Click "Region & Language Settings", and you should see something like this screen:
4) Ideally would like this same screen shot sent to us; however, we at least need to know what "Country or Region" is selected.
If you want to test to see if the regional settings are what is preventing you from running then you can change your regional settings to "United States" and see if the error still occurs when you run the Meca Software.
