You may get the following error when trying to activate.
Here are the most common resolutions to this problem:
1) When you install the software it probably wasn't installed as an Administrator. You don't need to be an Admin to run the software, but you do need to install it as an admin.
a. You must be an Administrator on the computer, and logged in as an Administrator.
b. After downloading the software, "Right Click" the mouse and select Run as Administrator.
c. After installing the software should be able to be activated.
2. Please make sure you are activating with the correct password. There are two passwords, and either will work. One is the password used to access your account (Log into Customer Portal to verify you have the correct password). The other is an Activation Password that would have been provided on your order receipt.
To verify your customer portal password is correct, log in to the portal using the link below. If you forgot your password, there is a "Forgot Password" process to get it reset.

3. Virus or firewall software can sometimes block the software from accessing the server. Please add an exclusion for our software to your Virus software. To do this google the name of your virus software and add "exclusion" to the end. You should find instructions on how to add an exclusion. Then select the entire program folder, examples for each program are below (Depending upon which program you are installing). These are the default folders for installation, if you selected another folder then you would use that folder.
